Step 1.
Select “Control Panel” – “Home” if control panel is set to Classic View.
Step 2.
Select “Network and Internet”.
Step 3.
Select “Network and Sharing Center”.
Select “Set up a connection or network”.
Step 4.
Select “Connect to a workplace” and click “Next”.
If you are asked to connect to an existing network, select “No”.
Step 5.
Select “Use my Internet connection (VPN)” and click “Next”.

- “Internet address” – IP-address that you received in the e-mail.
- “Destination name” – name as you see fit.
Check “Don’t connect now; just set it up so I can connect later”.
Click “Next”.
Step 8.
- “User name” – enter your username that you set at the initial configuring of the server.
- “Password” – enter your password that you set at the initial configuring of the server.
Make sure you use your VPN username and password and NOT the Client Area credentials.
Click “Create”.
Step 9.
Go to “Start” and click “Connect To” button and then right click on your VPN connection and select “Properties”.
In the “Security” tab check “Require data encryption (disconnect if none)”.
Click “Ok”.
Step 10.
In the “Networking” tab:
- “Type of VPN” – L2TP IPSec VPN.
- Click on “IPSec Settings” button, check “Use pre-shared key for authentification” and input key – vpnext.
Click “Ок”.
